I’ve been a Naturopathic Doctor in Kelowna BC for over 15 years, and I feel a deep divine calling to empower others in their health journey. I’ve been blessed to work with many patients in my clinic, Axiom Health, through all sorts of diseases, trials, and real moments of vulnerability.
I feel incredibly honoured to personally serve people in their journey to reclaim their health and vitality.
I use my foundation of naturopathic medical education, years of clinical experience, constant curiosity for new learnings and innovative techniques, and medical intuition to serve people to the best of my ability. I’ve also trained with other doctors from around the world, in order to fully dive into the healing arts.
In my own personal journey of health and wellness, my story was shaken to the core when I was diagnosed by a neurologist with Multiple Sclerosis, 11 years ago. This caused me to dig deeper into the roots of my illness and revealed the necessity to heal myself on the right levels.
I had to find my own cure.
This took my understanding of health and healing to a whole new level. Hence, my dream of helping others, and instilling real change, became an even stronger passion. I decided to write my book, The Courageous Cure, to help change the paradigm on health on a large scale. I believe in your healing, I believe our body is designed to heal, and I want to empower you to achieve your best, more vibrant self.
Are you ready to find your own cure?
I believe that a life worth living, is one where we are working to leave the world in a better place than when we entered it. This is our world collectively, and we all have a responsibility to participate, contribute and engage in this call to action no matter how big or small. I have always felt a huge call to Africa, and have been supporting children from both Zimbabwe and Kenya for several years. My husband, Rob also has a heart to Africa having travelled to Ethiopia twice, to set up clean sustainable water systems. Regardless of where we are, with either privileges or disadvantages, we are all human and deserve to be loved, have opportunities for growth, and a life of purpose. Hence why 10% of the proceeds of all my book sales will be given to charities close to my heart. Click on the link to learn more about the Kenya project.
Several years ago, I met a beautiful couple Larry and Francine Carruthers, who have a heart and mission for the people in Kenya. They have been providing medical care to those without any, foster homes to children abandoned, and spiritual support to the communities in need. I was so excited to finally get to go to Kitale in January 2019 with a team of women who want nothing more than to love on others. We served a the medical clinic, the women’s prison, and a remote village on a medical outreach. Check out my blogs, to learn more about my journey there!
